Get Me Out Of Here

Today went so well, until I decided to procrastinate by looking for available apartments to rent on the web for more than an hour. It seems that I am desperate to move out of this university-associated house.

It's not bad, really this current place. But the MAJOR drawback of living in this place is the randomness of the housemates you'd get per session. And that randomness is often not a good thing. For the 1st session of my stay in this uni apartment, my housemates were all cool, Alhamdulillah. At least they do their chores, even though they usually bring their boyfriends in (I live in an all-female apt).

But for the 2nd session and the 3rd session (which is current), I'm living with a bunch of kids that are irresponsible and gaarrrghh! I don't know what to say. No wonder the house lord does not permit 1st year students who just left high school. Well one person of that category, surprisingly, got into our house. I can tell you that she is childish.. I mean I thought she was around my age but I just discovered that she's only 18. 18!!!!! How did the houselord give access to this girl? It's a wonder, really.

Needless to say, people who are irresponsible will usually don't give a single damn about cleanliness, and they every place in the house except their room like trash. They don't have the sensitivity for others' mindfulness of cleanliness, and they do not give appreciation whatsoever to the cleaner who has made the place they live in more comfortable and of which contain less harmful bacteria (read: CLEAN!)

I want to move out. It's not that I don't appreciate the niceness of the place, it's the PEOPLE who I'm not okay with. Seriously, I think having only 1 housemate instead of 5 is so much better (ya think?), and that housemate should also be mindful of cleanliness (messiness is fine so long it's not too messy). And if that place is nearer to the campus, the better! If Allah wills ;(

I've created a major sin by procrastinating again. May Allah forgive my behavior. Sorry again, Allah.
